Smart Image Dry Cleaners & Laundry Specialists

After five weeks of waiting and told 2 weeks for my late father‘s coats to be cleaned to give to my son as a gift for his birthday I just went to collect both which are completely ruined. They just blamed it on the company that they sent off to be cleaned. They took no responsibility and there was no form of sorry or refund. ( even though they’ve still profit it from it ) It cost £180 just to destroy all I had left from my late father‘s wardrobe. Absolutely disgraceful do not trust these. Use a proper firm.

I took my daughter's very delicate wedding skirt and bodice to Smart Image because I had heard of their excellent reputation. They cleaned it beautifully and even delivered it back to our home. Can't thank them enough for taking such care of this precious item.

I cannot thank you Smart Image enough, I took my daughters prom dress in to be dry cleaned after taking it to another dry cleaning company and been told they was absolutely no way they could clean the dress as it had glitter on it, smart image were so kind and helpful and took all the stress away from me. They did the most amazing job with my daughter’s prom dress and it now looks like new!! The staff were all so lovely, kind and friendly. I cannot recommend this shop enough. 10/10!!! Thanks again, Becky 🥰

Used this service through a partner to clean a duvet. Was told one week, it came back a month later. They refuse to give prices upfront for anything, even simple items like trousers, and now I know why. The final bill is ridiculous. The lack of transparency and the inflated charges make the whole thing feel like a complete scam. Avoid.

I’ve been a regular customer of Smart Image for a few months now, and I have to say, I’m consistently impressed with their service. I usually take in my work clothes—shirts, suits, and the occasional sweater—and they always come back looking fresh and perfectly pressed. What stands out to me the most is how carefully they handle everything. I once had a jacket that had some delicate embroidery, and I was a little worried it might get damaged. The team at Smart Image handled it beautifully, with no issues at all. The turnaround time is always quick, and I never feel like I’m waiting around too long. Plus, their prices are reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly and professional, and they always make me feel welcome. I’ve also used them to clean some home items like duvets and blankets, and again, the quality is fantastic. Overall, I can confidently say that Smart Image is my go-to for dry cleaning. They’re reliable, attentive, and genuinely care about providing top-notch service. Highly recommend!
