When contacting Simpson Property services about a bill that I thought was too high, I was met with complete and utter disrespect from manager Michael. Not only did the email not make sense due to some poor grammar choices, he said that his operative would have 'quite easily been happy to be sitting at home with his family watching tv'. I'm sure we would all do that rather than work, however I'm not the operative's employer. The response was passive aggressive with no regard for customer service.
