Had an issue with water leaking from my property into my downstairs neighbours flat and quickly had a plumber(Nick) out to trace the issue (found to be a cracked concealed shower valve). Richard came out to quote for a new shower unit and replastering/redecorating the following day. The work was completed within a week of insurance confirming the quote and couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. Good communication when choosing new panelling/paint colours etc and work was carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. Would recommend them to anyone needing work done. Thank you again to Richard, Nick, John & Warren for their combined efforts in our new bathroom.

Requested a quote to fix a leak coming from an external balcony. They came and immediately quoted for replacing the decking, claiming one board was slightly warped and causing water to run under the door. This was completely incorrect and easily determined, as the carpet on the other side of the door was not wet! — the leak was actually entering the property below the balcony, not through the door. I asked whether they had lifted the decking and checked the waterproofing seals around the beams. They never answered the simple clarification questions. I chased several times and was repeatedly ignored. Overall, poor communication and no real investigation into the actual issue.

First time using company and will use again. I wear hearing aids and find calling to arrange appointments ect frustrating.Great communication via email/what's app,to arrange a quote and get the job completed.

Had my chimney work done in April 2024. Causing more leak than before. They came round many times with different staff wondering what the problem was. I was left with leaking chimney skew for OVER A YEAR, affecting the timber in loft until I managed to get another roofing company to fix it. It turned out wrong material was used (cement) instead of lead flashing. I don’t understand why their roofers didn’t know this. Contacted the owner a few times and was promised a call back to discuss but he didn’t even bother to call back. Not only that every time they came round they caused so much debris on my front garden, my gutter blocked and causing overflowing. They also did work on my other chimney but I can’t tell if it’s any good because I can’t access or can’t see anything immediate until the leak is too big.

JOR Property went to my flat during the Christmas period and fixed the heating and hot water within hours of my phone call to them. They were efficient, professional and I highly recommend them.
