Gaz and the team at Serenity are great to work with - our venue's used them for several years now, we get regular doorstaff who get to know the team and the venue, and Gaz is really receptive to talking through and acting on any problems if they arise. Proper independent, community-based vibe to the company, and strong supporters of the LGBTQ+ community. Recommended as a security firm to take on.

First class security firm, with staff who are caring and compassionate and treat people with dignity. Has a strong LGBT focus.

Rude, arrogant and abusive staff. Love a power trip. What a miserable life they must have, you must pay them and treat them very poorly to be the way they are.
