Sentra Security Services Essex & London

Cannot recommend highly enough. They managed incoming guests at my daughter’s 18th birthday party of a 140 guests at my home and really did make the evening effortless - from uninvited guests to complaining neighbours to slightly inebriated teenagers (!) they handled everything with professionalism and good grace. Worth every penny and made my life so much easier on the night. Would definitely recommend, top class!

I attempted to enter the Village in Soho with friends last night, but the bouncers were unprofessional. They refused my entry, claiming I was too intoxicated. When I asked for clarification, they couldn’t explain their decision and just kept repeating that I was intoxicated. Their poor communication skills only made things worse. I asked for their SIA number to report their behaviour, but they refused. I took a photo of them for accurate reporting, and in response, one bouncer took a photo of me and threatened to share it in a WhatsApp group to ensure I wouldn’t be allowed into any venues that night. This was an abuse of power. It’s vital for doormen and bouncers to understand their role in ensuring public safety. Unfortunately, the bouncers at Village Soho last night failed to uphold this responsibility, escalating the situation and acting inappropriately.

They don't even deserve an star, I had to give one so I can write the review Avoid this company; they hired the most unprofessional and publicly dangerous people to be security at the door. Their staff abuse their power and physically assault people outside the club in the name of security. Example : LDN- East16 day rave at canning town sunday 1st May

They managed crowd control at our festival perfectly. Professional, firm, and friendly. 10/10!

After having a bad experience with a previous security company i was very hesitant about using another local company, but there guys were professional from start to finish. I had 24hr security on a large construction site and no hassle at all with these guys on the ground.
