We recently had the Ajax home security system installed by Secure, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Jonathan and Dave provided outstanding service throughout the process — from the initial survey and quotation to the final installation. We were especially impressed with the post-installation support. Jonathan responded to our queries incredibly quickly, even over the weekend, which was greatly appreciated. Secure CCTV came to our resuce when our football clubhouse was broken into. They respondily quickly and installed new cctv free if charge and a new alarm system at much better cost than we were paying. Excellent service from start to finish. The installation team was professional, punctual, and efficient. They installed the security cameras neatly, explained how to use the system clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I cannot fault the work of this company. Both Jonathan and Dave were amazing. I had an 8-year-old HikConnect CCTV system in place as I personally wanted some new cameras to capture more width of the property with better colour and microphone included! I enquired about the job via Jonathan who came back to me with a price for that within hours of the request and then with the price agreed, Dave the installer turned up within a few days of the quote to fit the whole lot for us. Rapid service. On the day of installation Dave ran me through everything step by step, getting clear clarity on what we were after. This service they gave from beginning to end was very tidy, professional and super speedy.
