Security Alarm Supplies

Taken to SCAMMING people. Our family has used SAS alarms for many years. My parents recently called them out as they needed a new backup battery for their alarm. The guy that turned up told them that the alarm was 'fried' and it was because of a lightning strike a few days ago, and because the battery was flat it did not stop the power surge!! Complete Nonsense! He prompletly gave them a quote for a couple of options for new alarms between £200 - £450. Thankfully they decided to think about it and did not pay him anything on the day. I told them that did not sound right and said if they bought a new battery inwould have a look at the panel. In reality he had disconnected the positive wires from the transformer to the board and the positive wires for all room sensors, making the remote panel light up with lots of fault lights. Once everything was reconnected and a new battery fitted every thing functioned as normal. Shocking behaviour, you should be ashamed!

Had a problem with my alarm PIR's and phoned them for advice, I asked if they could call to check the system which they did, Tony was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on what options were available I went for a new panel control unit and and PIR's which were fitted that day. The service, price and the advice given were excellent I would definitely recomend this company.

What a friendly and welcoming service. I purchased cctv and alarm equipment with the intention of fitting it myself but after 2 days of scratching my head I popped down to the shop and they talked me through everything and within 20mins of getting home it was up and running. Well pleased. Would recommend. Fantastic service and products.

Bought many items from Security Alarm Supplies over the years and Tony has been called to my home many times to do extra work. Never had any problems with the work done, prices are very fair and so is the call out time. Would have no hesitation in buying from them again nor any hesitation… Bob from Rochdale.

I really do recommend this company..Tony is very professional and he did a fantastic job putting my new cameras up and security lights at an affordable price...nothing is too much trouble for him. Thanks again 👍
