SecuriGroup Manchester

Very disappointing experience with a SecuriGroup security officer at 100 Embankment. I simply entered reception to politely ask if I could leave some leaflets. Instead of speaking to me professionally, the officer approached me aggressively, raised his voice and used inappropriate language. The Senior Building Manager later investigated the incident, apologised and confirmed that the officer’s reported behaviour was unacceptable and below the standards expected. He also confirmed that SecuriGroup provides security for the building. Regardless of the building’s rules, there was no need to treat a member of the public in such an aggressive and disrespectful manner. A security officer should remain professional and respectful when dealing with visitors.
