Search Fire and Security

I recently had a house alarm installed and I’m really pleased with the service. The team was professional, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The installation was quick and tidy, with no mess left behind. They also made sure I understood how to use the system before they left, which I really appreciated. The alarm works perfectly and gives me peace of mind. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience—highly recommend!

We were desperate to find a reliable competent company to upgrade our cctv system and add extra cameras after being let down by 2 previous companies. Billy and his team are brilliant. They will stay until the job is done and are very reasonably priced. They communicate well and explain what they need to do. We were so pleased with them that we recommended them to the management company, where my son has a flat, to upgrade and calibrate the door entry system. Another job done well. We will continue to use this company and wholly recommend them to others.

Great experience and service received from Search Fire and Security. From our initial conversation with Sophie and Billy through to the fitting, the team were very professional and friendly throughout. We had a lot of questions and Billy was more than happy to help with everything, with great communication. The work was carried out carefully and to a very high professional standard, with wiring being hidden etc. Can't thank Sophie, Billy and Ed enough and would recommend them to everyone.

The guys at Search installed our alarm in Feb and were professional and helpful at all times. They went through our options in depth making sure we had just what we needed. Not once was there a hard sell and they gave us time to make a decision without chasing us constantly. They completed the job quickly and it was mess and hassle free. Billy made sure I was confident on how to operate the system and app before he left. I have since recommended them to family who have been just as impressed with their experiences.

Having been left in a dilemma with my original installer for a number of months, I stumbled across SF&S to help me troubleshoot the Pyronix app and alarm. Billy provided assistance over the phone a few times, without hesitation before attending site and he fixed the issue flawlessly. Billy and his team provide an honest, prompt, excellent and friendly service, which is so refreshing. I highly recommend them.
