Matt, the engineer who carried out the work, was absolutely excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before and after the installation. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it’s clear that great care and attention to detail went into every part of the job. The team installed a complete CCTV system around my property along with a main wired burglar alarm in the house. What really impressed me was their ability to integrate alarms into several outbuildings on my property, all of which now work seamlessly in conjunction with the main system. Everything is linked perfectly and gives me great peace of mind knowing the entire property is properly protected. The installation was neat, tidy, and completed to a very high standard. Matt made sure everything was set up correctly and took the time to walk me through how to use the system, which was really appreciated. Dont bother, not interested in customer support just interested in getting the install money off you. I have just seen your response, you did receive complaints from us, we spent 4 and a half months without an alarm trying to get you to answer calls, and fix the issue, because Texecom were not interested and kept referring us to our installer. We ended up with another supplier because of the lack of response.

Matt did a great job setting up our alarm system. He was very responsive in setting up the appointment and even followed up to help me set up the appointment after I’d messed it up.

Bucks Security have been looking after intruder alarm, door entry and CCTV at our home for the last 15 years. Had them over today for a full day of upgrades to our CCTV and door entry system, including linking our intruder alarm to the CCTV so we receive notifications if anyone enters our drive or garden. Matt & Craig have always given us fabulous service and great advice as to the best products to choose. When they were here we decided to upgrade more of the door entry than we planned and they mananged to get the extra screens and equipment delivered to our door within 90 minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a security install or refresh.

Can highly recommend Matt. Very efficient with a keen attention to detail. Matt came out and diagnosed the problems immediately and put right errors in previous alarm fitting as well as service our alarm and take over the maintenance contract. A very professional service from start to finish with excellent communication.
