Screwfix Chester

Top job from Dave and the team here at Screwfix Chester.. New uniform needed aswell as a large order.. Dave took the time to source product codes and clothing so I could try on different sizes.. Service with a smile and everything in stock (including boots ans shorts) ready to go... Thanks for a great customer experience Dav'o 👍👍🙂

The lady with blue eyes who served us here, selling orange tops and bottoms and giving us glasses, was very attentive and lovely, we were very pleased. But we were so hungry, we were almost eating each other, only our amygdala was moving, please don't take it personally, we got sandwiches from Aldi, it was like eating at a five-star hotel, that's how it was... Thank you for everything, you are a lovely person. I didn't faint today either. Thank God for filling my stomach today. It's wonderful that we're not hunting, but my brain doesn't understand

Excellent service from Ingi, who ensured I got what I came in for yesterday even though I'd not been quite sure of the exact specification. And (uniquely for one of my DIY jobs) when I used the items I had bought, the job went perfectly because the two items I had bought fitted together perfectly - which she had helped me check before I bought them - and were just right.

All I'll say to Dave is if you're serving a customer, then don't be afraid to finish serving them first, give them their product they just bought, before letting a rude trade guy push in and take all your time while I'm just stood waiting for you to finish with them.. I'm assuming trade guys here pay with the same money we all do?

Went to get the bolt and screw, Shannie came straight away to help, best assistant so far seen, Many thanks mate,
