Schoffields Dry Cleaners & Launderette

This morning was my first time coming to this launderette. In fact, any launderette but I had accumulated a large amount of washing that I couldn't tackle in my own machine. The lady managing it was very helpful and kind in showing me how to operate the machines and I was really pleasantly surprised how lovely my clothes, towels and bedding came out of them. I was particularly impressed with the tumble dryers. Again, the manager advised me how to use them and for what length of time would be best for my loads and she was spot on. They all came out lovely and dry and not creased or wrinkled at all. All in all I was super happy with the whole service and actually, I'm starting to think I should just come and do my washing here every time lol 😉

There are more machines OOO than working. Nothing changed when i returned a few weeks later. Management/Owners are aware. Timings on those working are out of sync and take half hour longer! The staff are know the issues but do not tell you. Very hit and miss

Nothing wrong with the actual cleaning of the garment, it's the wrongly advertised prices that's the issue. The website clearly states £12.99 for a two piece suit, but I was charged £15.50. When I queried this, I was pointed to a price list in the shop & also told that the prices went up last April. Fair enough, but why after 11 months hasn't the website been updated too?

Shocking service. Lost my topper with no apologies had to come back couple days later once they found it. Got it home and found it had not been cleaned. Only.just got a chance to post a review.

The staff were helpful and able to give us advice. The machines were good. A great help for our washing.
