Scenic Cleaning Service Limited

Scenic were recommended to us by Cambridgeshire Adult Social Care to clear a family members house which was in a very bad state. They were very understanding and advised what they thought was best. The property has been cleared and cleaned to a very high standard. Very pleased with their professionalism from start to finish.

We have been using Scenic Cleaning for some time for a regular clean. We have an autistic adult son who doesn't like change or uncertainty (the change part is why we have stuck with them). Unfortunately, we are struggling to get them to turn up on a regular day and time, which is causing huge anxiety for our son. For us, it's not just the hit and miss aspect of whether we'll get a clean, but no one bothering to let us know if it's not going to happen. Given they are currently on adult services preferred list, this is really unfair on those with a disability as well as those who support them.

We wouldn't recommend this company, we have had a very bad experience with them, Cleaner not turning up on schedule day, no communication with us.

This company is a complete joke! cleaners are not working to standards, management dont pick up any calls.

I highly recommend Scenic Cleaning. They worked hard and resolved the issues at hand; with all of the challenges, they still treated us with sensitivity and respect. our home was badly cluttered, and with my current injuries, we found it difficult to keep the house clean. You will be delighted with the results.
