Ordered a safe on 23rd February for guaranteed next day delivery on 24th. It never arrived. I took a full day off work to wait in. No dispatch email, no tracking information, and my order remained stuck at “processing.” Phone calls went unanswered and the website repeatedly crashed or failed to load. Late morning, the carrier informed me the item hadn’t even reached their depot in time. I was promised delivery early the next day — so I lost a second working day — only to be told it would arrive late afternoon instead. The company’s website gives the impression that they hold stock themselves rather than relying on suppliers, yet I was later informed the safe was coming directly from a supplier. That does not align with how the service is presented. Two days off work. No product. No proactive communication. And a “guarantee” that meant absolutely nothing. Avoid if you value your time.

Good quality safe. Purchasing process was easy . Jadie was very helpful and discussed my needs over email . I arranged delivery and installation . Installer was great , he came sharp on time , and was very polite and helpful and didn’t leave a mess .

Excellent service, arrived on time to remove and open an old safe then install a new one. Friendly and efficient. Took time to explain set up of new safe.

Excellent customer service and support. I had a problem with the delivery of a safe. It arrive damaged due to how it had been handled by either the supplier or the delivery company or both. Jadie at Safe Security Services Ltd couldn’t have been more helpful. She was very apologetic even though this was not a problem created by their company. She immediately contacted the supplier and a replacement was arranged for the next day. There were other issues - non of which were down to Safe Security Services Ltd - but I can’t praise them enough for their help, support and professionalism throughout. When considering who to buy a product from, I think it’s very important to consider what support you might receive when things don’t go to plan. So not only did I buy the product that I wanted at a price I was pleased to pay, I also received the support that I needed in order to rectify my issues. Highly recommended and I will be a returning customer and also point family and friends in their direction. Thank you Jadie & Craig.

The team was absolutely amazing from the order till the installation. Really good communication which made it less stressful and easier the whole process. The installation team was very polite and time efficient, they did a good job to caring for stairs/carpet and furniture. Overall amazing 5* experience. Highly recommended company
