Forrest Security Systems

Fantastic service from this company. Paul installed a couple of video cameras and a wired ring door bell about a year ago. I had a couple of teething issues early on ( operators error!) and I had to contact Paul who always responded promptly (generally within a couple of hours irrespective of what time I messaged him), and he could not do enough to help. I recently had to change my broadband router meaning all my domestic appliances had to be re-paired (more of a nightmare than it sounds in the modern world!) I struggled to re-pair the video cameras, and in exasperation sent Paul an SoS email late one evening. He replied the same evening (after 9pm) and identified the issue, advising me how to resolve the problem. Every aspect of the service has been great, but the after sales support has been exceptional. Paul is a true professional who provides good, friendly advice and provides an absolutely first class service. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and would highly recommend them.

Really great, professional and friendly company. We have used Paul both at home and in a business shop fit out. Super reliable and did a fantastic job Would recommend 👌

Have used the services of Forrest Security on numerous projects, i would recommend without any issues. Always on time, always to plan, nothing is too much bother for Paul and his team. From start to finish great communications.

This is the second time I have used Paul for our Home Security. He is friendly, professional, quick and very reasonable. Paul explains all aspects of his technology so even a technophobe like my husband can understand! I highly recommend Paul and have already given his details to a friend of mine. The alarm is easy to use even with multiple set options and the cameras are excellent quality. Very satisfied with all aspects of service and installation and would not use anyone else.

We looked around a fair bit before getting in contact with Forrest Security - really glad we did. Paul is straightforward, helpful and offers genuine advice and was never pushy in his approach. The install was quick but not rushed, neat and well finished. A really professional experience from start to finish. I trust his advice and can recommend his company without hesitation.
