Safe And Sound

First class service from tentative enquiry right the way to reversing into my driveway when I got my car home. Rhys and the team supplied and fitted a reversing camera to my new Vauxhall Mokka - I didn’t even need to take time off work - they came to me and fitted it on the works car park. Fast, tidy and superb quality, I am delighted with the results and would thoroughly recommend using them if you need anything similar.

What a fantastic Team! I went to Safe and Sound over 9 years ago now and they originally fitted a Pioneer Sound system in my car and I got 5* service then and have loved the product and had no problems and has been a great addition to my car. I went back to them knowing they are very local to me and can call in with anything anytime if I have a problem and the team are always there to ask and sort out straight away especially Scott and Rhys who were lovely making me feel at ease and talking about technical things slowly for me to understand and made sure everything was okay. Recently I have had a new GTETrack fitted and a GX400 Front and Rear Dash Camera fitted by them. From start to finish again good, quality products and very professional and most importantly lovely, friendly staff who listen to what you want at first, explain and talk about the products you are interested in and then straight away if you want them, book you in quickly to get them fitted for you either leaving it with them or know they will come out to you if needed and fitted and picked up in the day. The aftercare service is also brilliant as when you pick your car up the team talk you through the products fitted the young lad on the desk Colin? was lovely too sitting with you in your car and explained about the product and downloaded the correct app needed etc and the whole team are on hand again after you have gone away if any problems or general info about them or the apps and they give you a check-in phone call to check everything is okay after your recent purchase. Would highly recommend this company for all your car technical products and as the name of the business says you and your car are certainly in 'Safe and Sound' hands with them at your service. Thankyou once again Safe and Sound and all the team for making another customer very happy also my brother Mark too with his products and I will definitely see you again in the future for any further technical adaptations for my beloved car! Thanks again everyone.

Safe and Sound have been absolutely amazing! From my original email where I had no clue what product(s) i needed to having a very secure set up for my son and his new car. They have been so accommodating, so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble (even though I'm pretty sure my questions were bordering on stupid!) Thanks to Rhys and the team for giving me peace of mind that my sons car is as secure as it could possibly be! If you're thinking of using them, I'd highly recommend Safe and Sound 100%!

Fantastic, friendly & professional service from start to finish with attention to detail. Can't praise service enough. Excellent and reliable communication throughout, from the initial enquiry right through to fitting. Very happy with my new dash cam. Thanks Rhys and team. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in future!

First class! I contacted Scott based on his good reviews, as I was getting false alarms intermittently. He explained on the phone that if I popped in he would spend 10 mins having a look to see if he could help. On visiting, he spent much longer than that and gave me great advice on what steps to take to try and work out the causes. He also provided other advice on radio issues I had. As well as being a top and knowledgeable bloke, what impressed me most was his approach to trying to minimise costs and not taking the easy option of just suggesting replacing anything. I will definitely be using SAS and Scott as my go to auto alarm specialist for any future work. I recommend you do the same!
