SAB Maintenance Ltd

This guy Sab must never be used. Over almost a 10 week period, he & some young kid visited have visited 5 times to resolve an issue of overflowing tundish, making it worse each time, and leaving me with freezing water on the 4th occasion. Sab tried to gaslight me by claiming how helpful he was & even had the audacity to try and blame me for the issue twice in a very subtle manner. He didn’t even turn up for the first appointment. 1hr 15min after the scheduled first appointment I had to cancel. No courtesy of a call or a message. In total I’ve taken 5 half days of work, but my managing agent keeps using Sab, who claims he is identifying the issue through a process of elimination. Lol. Man has had 5 visits & he is still trying to work out the issue. He clearly has no idea what he is doing. Anyway at least he improved the situation on his 5th visit from cold water to lukewarm on some occasions & hot on others. Never ever use this guy. He’s left me with the flu & an independent plumber has already told me none of the issues Sab has looked at are the problem. My managing agent should get rid of him, but they don’t.

Am so happy with this company. Have just had a number of jobs done in my apartment. Inc hot water cylinder service and sorting out the idiosyncratic lighting that is here, and replacing a hob. The office were very helpful in sorting quotes and arranging everything. Imran the engineer was excellent. On time, had everything he needed with him and his work was quick, neat and very tidy. He was polite and very friendly and offered great advice. Definitely knows what he is doing. I have some other jobs I need doing, and have had no hesitation in using this company again.

Sab was sent by the property management for my flat to look at a problem with my Economy 7 storage heater. They had sent another contractor who was unhelpful and couldn’t repair it. Sab was so brilliant, he was very clear and thorough and look at every nook and cranny of the heater and hey presto this morning it worked! Thank you Sab very grateful and also very impressed.

Used them again recently to replace my hot water tank to my apartment. They were aware of the recent change in building regs and communicated well. Stuck to date as promised and very pleased with the quality of the work. Great friendly service. I've read through the negative reviews and feel I need to redress the balance. I'm a landlord and have used SAB for 5 years. The service is excellent and they will never try to rip you off with bogus repairs. The receptionist is professional and always courteous. It's a mystery why people want to leave such rotten reviews.

Another top notch job from SAB! Had two faults in two separate bathrooms, now all sorted and bathrooms look impeccable. Used their services both at home and for our contracted clients, and they are the best! Knowledgeable, right on time, polite and very diligent these guys are priceless 👌
