Bunch of light fingered people. Don't leave anything around if Ryan's bunch are there. Never hand in anything they find. Was working at Leeds festival put my bag down and had to leave it just as Ryan's came through came back to spotless area including my bag disappearing. Of course no one had been round there strange as all the rubbish had gone. Cheap for a reason. Bunch of thieves. Update, well after an exchange of messages on Facebook where they admit their staff took it they refuse any more contact and have now stopped any messages going through. There phone line is constantly engaged at all times of day.

Issues with bin collections... slow and inefficient support due to being in a different country! Lastest: bin hadnt been emptied in 3 weeks... (services paid up front) was collected and taken away and left with no bin... upon enquiry: " oh we're winding uo that side of the business" complete joke!
