I don’t even know where to start! I could sit here all night and write about how amazing you guys are, but il keep it short and sweet. I could never thank you enough for helping my daughter Friday night. You stayed with her until I arrived, as I was 50 Minutes away and kept me up to date on the situation the whole time. You even called me the next morning to check in on her. Thank you so so much, I will never forgot what you did. As a mother it meant the world to me. I would highly recommend your company, you have certainly restored my faith in humanity.

The security staff at TK Maxx Depot at Cardiff Castle for Two Door Cinema Club were excellent. They were kind, friendly, helpful and understanding As an Accessible user this made a huge difference to my experience of the event Thank you!

I attended Depot for the first time last night to see The Hives and felt compelled to write to you. I had previously messaged to enquire about early entry due to me being on crutches and you advised I was welcome to join the accessibility queue. When I arrived the venue was easy to find and the chap on the gate welcomed me and directed me to the car park (i had prebooked), The chap was super friendly and gave me a few tips where to park and where the accessibility queue was. After I had parked I was directed to the holding area and then we were quickly guided to the front door and processed. At every point the staff were first class and so friendly and seemed almost as excited for the event as the crown of fans. The biggest compliment is left for your front of stage staff who were laughing and joking with the crowd and creating a really fun atmosphere. There was never any doubt who was in charge and safety was paramount but the whole teams attitude just resonated with the crowd and helped create a safe party atmosphere. They were also first class when it came to the all important set lists, pics, and other gig memorabilia that are so important to the die hard fans. For context I was with my 15yo daughter so safety and fun are paramount, we have been to over 40 gigs this year all over Cardiff, UK and Europe from Oasis, Ozzy, Rock en Seine and every other type and size of gig and the Depot experience just shone through due to your staff at every touch point. A stark contrast to the Wet Leg gig at Great Hall last Friday which was the complete opposite and ended with crowd trouble and a terrible atmosphere that stopped the performance three times all down to poor crowd engagement by the security staff. I wish I wrote his name down but I think it was Fred who seemed to be the front of stage team leader (grey beard big smile) a special recognition for him. He is a great ambassador for the Depot brand !! Staff like this will keep the live music and independent venue worlds alive and flourishing and keep fans like me daughter and I coming back time and again. Can't wait for the next Depot gig !! PS the bar/food/merch area was well laid out too ... and we got to meet the band.

I cannot thank rubicon security enough. I was involved in an unprovoked attack on the 06/06/26 at Cardiff castle. Police had informed me no footage was in the castle and that security would not give me any statements. I contacted rubicon security myself the day after the attack to see if there was anyway they could help. They put me through to Dave who did everything he possibly could to help. Dave has worked very hard on this case to provide me with all the footage I need and has also said that the security involved are happy to give statements. Cannot thank them enough for all there's hard work and help. Thank you again

We attended Idles gig at the Cardiff Castle on Friday 12th July 2024, and the Rubicon security was first class. They looked after the crowd, kept everyone safe, really polite and professional. Their attitude helped keep a friendly and positive atmosphere throughout the evening. Amazing, thank you.
