RNJ Property Maintenance

We have just had our patio, garden steps and path cleaned by RNJ Property Maintenance. They had not been cleaned for several years so were very dirty and stained. The end result is stunning! Everything looks almost new and we are extremely pleased. Richard was very professional in his approach, came on time as arranged, cleaned up at the end of the job and we felt we received good value for money. We intend to ask him to do other jobs for us in the near future.

Richard of RNJ Property Maintenace has recently carried out several works on my property.. Cleaning Guttering and driveway, altering front door steps to make access easier and erecting a canopy over my front door, All work was very efficiently carried out with care and at promised times. Richard is very pleasant and approachable and his charges are very reasonable. His services are Highly recommended.

Richard cleaned the gutters on my house a few days ago. He was friendly, very efficient and who paid attention to detail. Before and after photos of the gutters were shown to see what was cleaned. It was a first class job. Recommended.

Richard of RNJ Property Maintenance and the Services he provided were 130%! Richard was asked to quote for cleaning gutters front and rear patios which he did within a day. The job was then dealt with after a couple of days due to his workload but… absolutely amazing. The five year old paving stones look as if just laid and are now safe from slipping on old algae etc Richard sent 39 photos of before and after and invoiced clearly. I cannot recommend Richard enough and have already received his other quotes for more gutter cleaning and repair of pipework which will be done in the future. As one of the partners of a holiday letting business I am confident in passing on Richard’s details for any work in the maintenance field our own clients’ properties may require now and in the future Thank you very much Richard for your meticulous care and attention Sally-Ann Wallington

After the recent, seemingly never ending bad weather, my guttering was most definitely in need of repairing and clearing. Had spotted Richard’s page on Facebook, so decided to give him a try. He was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job over the course of a couple of hours this morning. Would most definitely make further use of Richard, and would highly recommend.
