The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All rubbish accumulated was also kindly removed.

Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST I paid £218 for a professional clean, but the service delivered was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the kitchen was not cleaned at all apart from a few appliances. I have extensive photographic evidence, along with text messages from the subcontractor confirming the kitchen had not been cleaned. The company also acknowledged during the complaints process that this part of the job had not been completed. Despite this, they refused to issue a fair refund. I only requested £45 for the kitchen cleaning, which they admitted had not been carried out, but this was refused. Instead, they offered a 10% goodwill payment, which does not reflect the failure to deliver a key part of the service. In hindsight, given the overall standard of the clean, I believe the issue was much more significant, but my request was simply for the cost of the missed kitchen cleaning. I gave the company every opportunity to resolve the matter fairly, but they declined. Their only offer was a re-clean, which I did not accept due to the poor standard of the original work and lack of trust in the service provided. I was also disappointed with the handling of my complaint. Communication felt unprofessional at times, with responses that did not fully address the issues raised or appeared to overlook key parts of the email chain, resulting in repeated inaccuracies. I have retained photographs, messages, and emails documenting the condition of the property, the admission that the kitchen was not cleaned, and the refusal to provide a reasonable refund. Hello services came to clean out our apartment that we vacated on Monday 2nd February 2026. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that the place was completely spotless and ready for the next resident. I’m really happy with their service and would very much recommend them. Their prices are also brilliant as well, very affordable, no hidden costs and more than fair and reasonable for the amazing service they provide. BIG RED FLAG!!! I had to pay for the cleaning service before it commenced, I should have known it was bad news. I booked a deep clean for the kitchen, including the oven with this cleaning company for the 11/05/26 and I was left extremely disappointed. Not only did team Yousef arrive over an hour late, they did not provide the services I paid for. At first glance all seemed fine, team Yousef wanted me to leave a 5 star review, I wrote something but I didn’t post it until I did further inspections. Some of the cupboards weren’t clean inside and surrounding surrounding weren’t clean either. The hinges and oven doors were grimy and dirty. The dining table, floor and skirting boards and many other parts of the kitchen were unclean. I didn’t receive what was advertised on the website. I contacted customer service and was offered 25% refund or complimentary re-clean. I paid for a deep clean, not a superficial one. The “cleaning” was done on Monday and I had to wait until Wednesday for the cleaners to return. Only the oven was done. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and I dont recommend anyone to use it either. Absolutely appalling company! *** Edited post with email correspondence & job description*** I wasn’t going to respond but I won’t be called a liar, the final state was different because I ended up cleaning the kitchen myself not your company! The team ( 1 person btw) only cleaned half of the oven during the “re-clean” as I only paid for a double oven and didn’t touch anything else. My hob is a dual oven not a triple one as he claimed. I was given two options; a re-clean or a 25% refund for a missed area of the oven. There were many missed areas not just the one! There’s nothing misleading or defamatory about the pictures I posted. These are the pictures that I took to show my dismay, there was plenty WAY more that I could have posted. Also why send a text stating that I have 5% discount in order to book the service, and then not offer it due to a minimum charge? Embarrassment of a company!
