Rhino Security Ltd.

Amazing service from start to finish. I had some questions and James was very prompt to respond and gave me excellence advice. The ordering system was easy and delivery of the posts was a matter of days. Ryan and Ben were incredible friendly and arrived early to install my posts the day after they arrived. They did an excellent job very neat and tidy, they explained the maintenance of the posts and showed me how to assemble them. The posts themselves look amazing and very easy to operate, very strong indeed. I can finally now sleep at night as my fleet of cars for my Chauffeuring business will always be there in the morning as nobody can steal them now. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much I'm very happy. Take Care , Paul

i am leaving this review as low rating 1 star as i purchased these very expensive barriers 6 years ago, the first set of locks lasted 5 years then needed replacing at a substantial expense, this set of locks have only lasted 20 months and were never fitted correctly to begin with, the engineers who fitted the locks said they would get better with time but they have got significantly worse to the extent they are exceptionally hard to unlock, when i contacted rhino i was told i would need new locks and keys again at my expense, i do not think this is good service from rhino!!

Supplied and installed within a week of ordering. RT/RH8 product top quality and very tough. Great phone support both pre and post sales (no pun). Excellent install team. Fast, neat, and clean. Good comms. Good hand over. Job done. No problem. Highly recommended. 9.5 out of 10. (0.5 lost for setting the post top plate off-square to the hole).

The equipment is very easy to look at , but also very strong. The install company was excellent, there were some issues with steel under drive, but they kept trying until they found a solution. The area was left in prefect condition.

Exceptional product with exceptional service. Within 24 hours of placing our order we had a courtesy call offering installation date the following day. That’s pretty impressive. We chose the powder coated RT/R8 in Slate Grey and this fits well within our conservation area without looking “commercial” which we did fear when ordering. Overall an aesthetic. Thanks too to Laura at Rhino for sorting out post installation questions on keys and reflective stickers! I highly recommend Rhino.
