Absolute nightmare to deal with. Weeks/months delay with insurance claim, lack of information critical for decision making, advising against survey decisions, delaying responses. Avoid at all cost.

Their initial phone call was very professional, explaining what would happen to fix a water-damaged bathroom. Unfortunately, that was as good as it got because after 7 weeks of absolutely nothing and numerous phone calls (all made by me) I couldn't get them to confirm a date to start the work. They broke promises to contact me and implied the delay was caused by me failing to choose materials, when they had never asked me to, and even when I chose the materials, still nothing progressed. Given I have a dangerous bathroom with no floorboards and two young children I had no choice but to tell the insurance company I would be getting my own company to do the repair. Either too busy, too incompetent or didn't want the job...

We recently had a new kitchen fitted in our rented property. The work carried out was excellent quality. We are both wheelchair users and the workmen went above and beyond to help us. They even moved our kitchen appliances for us. Special thanks to Paul, John and Kevin who were amazing. Very pleased with the final result.

Had more than enough hassle with this group working with Magnet kitchen fitters and Habinteg. A 2 week kitchen refit has taken over 7 weeks, simple things like cupboards been done with wrong hinges. The amount of stuff that was skipped was unbelievable. Had more photos taken, than the work done. Keep getting the runaround on completion dates. They also doing a wet room, after taking shower cubicle down, then sending someone to fit anti-slip flooring, they turned up with lino. Being going on since January, now about to go into June.

Terrible management and worse “shoddy tradesmen” who carry out shocking quality repairs. Avoid using this cowboy outfit, the only reason they are in business still is because of the gravy train from Habinteg housing, who are foolish enough to be still using them. Months of waiting for a repair and they still do not turn up, an absolute joke.
