I was in contact with a man called Akira, who was polite and informative about the size doors I would need and who it would be on the day coming to fit them. I was booked in to have them installed within a good time frame, and my old doors were taken away. Great company and have been back in contact to get a quote for a new bathroom fitted. Got a new bathroom door fitted. Work was okay. Was quick at getting a quote and bits sorted but then actually coming to fit the door became a issue booked in for a day then cancelled due to issues (already taken a afternoon off work) promised to come next morning a Saturday. Woke up early to meet them but nothing confirmed only to receive a text later in day to apologise and couldn’t attend. ( I had chased through the day ) once finally booked in attended to then apologise after not being able to finish and needing to attend one final day which they did but not in time scale given. Then when work was done big gaps to brick work around door left

Overpromised capabilities. Not suitable for bespoke inbuilt furniture. Took 3 months to get a plan and then ghosted us. Initially seemed great but communication got slower and slower. Given we were equally busy and struggled to be available for them to visit and measure etc we were relaxed about this, however, after agreeing plans and a quote, they stopped responding. Promised to confirm an install date and then took 2 weeks ignoring our messages to say could no longer do work due to “not having the set up to build the furniture”. How they didn’t know this 2 months before when taking measurements and drawing plans… then didn’t have the professional courtesy to tell us this for weeks. Delaying us finding someone new. Absolute waste of time.

Don’t waste your time. Terrible communication. Will give you a quote quick enough then not reply to your questions - threatened to pull the business and the reply straight away. Gave them a second chance which was a massive mistake and a total waste of time. Booked for a measurement, asked to move dates and they completely ignored the request. Waited at home just incase they turned up on the planned date and they didn’t & no response from them again. Don’t bother with them, there will be plenty of other business grateful for your customs as it is clear they do not care.

I really can't say enough positive things about this company. They recently did some work in my home replacing broken fire doors. I had never managed any home renovations before this and they walked me through every stage of the process and I felt completely comfortable at all times. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work outstanding. It was also done in a very timely manner even though I made last-minute modifications. The tradesmen were professional, tidy and respectful to the end and clearly take pride in their work. In particular, Michael was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was perfect and I actually felt bad for him because of how late he stayed one night to ensure that the job was progressing. All the staff were great, but he was particularly amazing. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone and will be using them again without a doubt.
