I would strongly advise anyone considering working for this contractor to think carefully. Another subcontractor and I completed work for them during December 2025, January 2026, and February 2026, but we have still not been paid. Between us, we are owed thousands of pounds. Communication has been extremely poor. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, we have been ignored and have received no satisfactory response. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend working for this company. I believe subcontractors, housing associations, and tenants should do their own research before using them. This post reflects my personal experience. Stay away

As a property investor I deal with many agents, but Revive Property truly stood out! Nikki and the team at Revive Property was absolutely fantastic ! She went out of her way to help me even though it was outside of the normal scope of their service. She was responsive, friendly and professional throughout. It is rare to find an agent who genuinely cares about helping their clients and I could not recommend Revive Property highly enough. Will definitely be working with them again. Thank you Nikki!

Very concerning conduct by this agency regarding the repeat rental of a property where they KNOW black mould and damp are present, yet their excuse is that " the property owner is not prepared to spend any money on addressing the disrepair" So why if you are truly a reputable agency REVIVE which cares about tenants, would you continue to work with such a landlord?! Revive's culpability in the persistent rental of properties where there is evident and reported damp and black mould which is seriously detrimental to the health of young children, is disgraceful and clearly demonstrates their love of profits over people!

In a word (or two) - absolutely fabulous! I like to support local, family run businesses, but also want a great service, with competitively priced fees. I certainly got this from Revive. Paul and Nikki from Revive were professional, friendly and efficient and they did everything possible to assist me in selling my house quickly. I was very pleased with the speed that they got my property onto social media, arranged viewings and found me a buyer. I found that using a ‘smaller’ company meant that I got a really personal service; instant replies to my phone calls and emails, which took a lot of the worry away from what is a stressful situation. Revive lettings team are very professional and responsive in their services. They provide great value and are supportive to both landlords and tenants which is brilliant.
