Restoration and property management

Andrew was exceptional during the complete renovation of our bathroom. His communication was always great, he worked very hard over a busy Christmas period, and the results speak for themselves. Thanks very much

We had a fantastic experience having Andrew converting our loft. We needed an office space/art studio. Andrew was such a kind, efficient and respectful presence in our house. He delivered an amazing job done on time and budget as promised! I can’t recommend him enough! It is still my favourite room in the house 4 years down the line. Whenever I have any jobs we need done in the house Andrew is my go to!

I first met Andrew in 2021 and since then he has completed a number of projects for me at home including laying exterior paving, exterior tiling, replacing the roof on an outbuilding and remodelling the interior into a cozy bedroom. He tackles every aspect of these jobs with the upmost attention to detail and the quality of his worksmanship is outstanding. He is organised, tidy, experienced, respectful, friendly and always upfront about costs, expenses and the status of the job. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Exceptional quality and workmanship completed in less time than promised - Andrew put down and sealed Natural Stone flooring throughout most of our ground floor and we are delighted. Looking forward to Andrew installing and tiling our new bathroom in the near future.

Andy has completed re-pointing our house and has done a fantastic job. He pays particular attention to detail and is very friendly and tidy. We are very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him. Thank you Andy.
