ResponSec Ltd

I feel infuriated! Just listened to the radio in which Elrow Halloween was mentioned. I attended this event with some friends. Which ended very badly due to the "security" at this event. Removed from the VIP area after spending £££'s to attend this event. taken downstairs for a search on suspicion of drug dealing!!! nothing found during the search and still ejected from the venue with no good reasoning. absolute disgrace!!

At large scale events the male security do not follow legal procedures!!! More towards a forceful assault! I was aggresively manhandled on a dancefloor into a back room by the security team from ResponSec Ltd at Elrow Halloweeen. I became a victim to a very aggressive strip search, which I did not agree to, and I now have resentment to myself for allowing that to happen to me. I have never had this feeling before. After humiliating me by conducting a very inappropriate and forceful strip search, the actual results of the search found there to be no illegal substances on my persons. The security team ignored the fact I was evidently innocent and still forcefully kicked me out of the venue with no genuine explanation. I had paid £94.50 for the privilege of a VIP ticket, £35 oyster card to travel all the way to Meridian Water and I was kicked out after only being at the venue for no more than 3 hours. I was not intoxicated, nor acting aggressive, combative or resisting the harsh treatment I received from the securit I have video footage on my mobile of the unauthorised search including results, ResponSec Ltd names and photo images of the personnel involved and I will without shadow of a doubt be taking this further. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in the 12 years raving experience, and not only do I now question the safety aspect of future events but also the legal procedures on how ResponSec Ltd conduct themselves. I was removed without a valid reason, victim to aggressive strip search that has not been authorized and carried out of the venue as though you are a prisoner of war.

Brilliant staff , management have good knowledge, always there when you need them, overall company is outstanding, have met a bunch of them and they are always alert. Well done 👍🏽😎
