Experiencing a flood of sewage water into your home is very distressing and bewildering. After speaking with my insurance company, I wasn't sure who to contact, as they didn't suggest anyone. I found GermsFree Ltd (trading as Response Bio Clean) through an online search. Martin called me back very quickly and explained what the job would involve. He was able to arrange for a team to come the following day to remove the carpets and sanitise the affected areas. Towards the end of the job, another team member arrived to check the quality of the work, establish exactly what had happened with the flooding, and carry out some additional sanitisation. This type of work isn't cheap, but they are dealing with sewage contamination, so overall I felt the cost was fair. The teams who visited were friendly, professional and careful. At the end, they explained exactly what had been done and checked that I was happy with the work. They also gave me some practical advice on trying to prevent a recurrence of the incident. Martin's communication with me was very good. He did ask for payment upfront, which I was initially cautious about, but everything went smoothly. Overall, I'm very grateful for their prompt response and professional service at a very difficult time. Thanks for coming to my aid.

I want to thank you very much for the professionalism, speed, kindness and efficiency of the whole team who responded to my request to clear, deep clean and decontaminate the home of a friend who had drifted into depression and heavy drinking. It was a very shocking situation but the whole team from the fast response to my inquiry (an hour after me completing the on line form on a Saturday) to the team arriving on the Tuesday. The quality of the work by the three team members who attended the property over two days , their professionalism and kindness was superb. The before and after videos attest to that fact. I cannot recommend Martin highly enough. Late at night, when other companies tried to overcharge or rushed us without proper explanations, Martin was patient, honest, and incredibly generous with his time. He carefully explained every step and gave expert advice that genuinely helped us. Our situation was terrifying. Builders had accidentally severed an oil heater pipe, leaving a strong kerosene smell outside our home. With two young children, it was extremely distressing. Within the hour, Andreas and Trevor arrived despite the difficult circumstances. They were calm, highly skilled, professional, and kind, and resolved the issue quickly while reassuring us throughout. Exceptional service, fast response, and genuine care. It is rare to find tradespeople this honest, experienced, and compassionate. Highly recommended.

Martin helped to arrange for his team to come along after my Uncle passed away. Before passing he had vomited and due to some delays with the police and ambulance service, he lay on the floor for about 8 hours just as a heatwave was developing so the family wanted to ensure that the floor was properly cleaned and disinfected. I contacted 3 companies - 2 never got back to me. Martin however answered my call and arranged for Andreas to come along. Andreas explained the procedure and dealt with the situation sensitively and with genuine warmth which was much appreciated in the circumstances. Rang Martin Friday morning and work was done on Friday evening. Emptying a freezer full of defrosted chicken that could have been 5 years old poor Sam was glad of his mask! He was brilliant. Talked us through each stage. Perfect job. Left everything safe for my pets too.
