Reside Bath

Let my property through this agent for 5+ years. In that time I had two fantastic sets of tenants. First class service from the Reside team. Can't fault them. And they were considerably better than my London agent who charge significantly more in fees. Highly recommend Reside to any landlord in Bath looking to rent their place out.

Ben, Lisa and the team are amazing. I have used many letting agents as a Landlord over the years, and none come close to the knowledge and professionalism that Reside provides. What Ben doesn’t know about the Bath property market isn’t worth knowing ! If you want 5 star service go with Reside , there is no one better!

Reside Agency has been absolutely brilliant. A special shout out to Lara and Emma for their responsiveness and professionalism - working with them has truly been a breath of fresh air compared to my past experiences. Thank you so much for making the process so smooth!

Can't speak highly enough of the team at Reside, with particular thanks for the compassion, patience, professionalism and kindness of Lisa. You're a credit to the company and the industry. Super efficient, competent service at every touchpoint. Thank you!

Excellent communication, viewing and follow up from Reside. Lisa was great in ensuring all of this and the process has been really smooth. Highly recommended.
