Luke came to our property to access a damp issue. He was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Luke gave us a clear explanation of the issue and recommended actions. He sent us the full report and work estimate within a day. Luke responded to all of our calls very quickly and was very helpful in arranging for the work to be carried out. We accepted the quote on a Monday and Mick, Paul, Ash, Maz and Ashley arrived from the Wednesday to carry out the work. I cannot praise this team enough for their approach, professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. They all took great pride in their work which was carried out to a very high standard. When they left there was no mess and we were left in a much improved situation.
