Worst company ever! Drivers are useless and don't believe anything for opening hours or collection hours as it is all false! Instructed driver over the tracker to deliver to neighbour as we knew we may not be home. Driver totally ignored it and tossed the package back to his van without attempting to knock on either of my neighbours door!! Have the video of it so yes, I have proof. When I went to the tracker to rearrange, it said collect from depot on Saturday. We called customer service which is an automated system so can't talk to anyone! Finally found another number and called waited 40min to get though and the guy put me on hold just to come back saying the depot can't get the driver to answer his phone but I can come and collect the package on Saturday as depot will be open. Yeah, big lie! At least 10 people turned on on Saturday to come and collect just to find depot closed, there was a customer service number we called and they said they don't know why it's closed and we can't get the package now till next week. Not good enough. DO NOT USE DHL as it is the worst company ever!

Terrible communication and outcomes using this company. Was told urgently needed parcel was arriving Thursday, turned into Friday. Saturday 8am I'm at the depot chasing my delivery of tiles as it couldn't wait for them. Staff at the desk were very polite and tried to help but in the end I was told they couldn't locate my parcel even though it had been in the depot since Thursday. I was promised a phone call to come and collect it later in the morning, the call and the delivery never happened. I ordered my tiles 2 weeks before from London, surely a decent delivery company can manage a box of tiles from London to Glasgow in under 2 weeks! Don't recommend this company to any anyone

If this is excellence simply delivered well im a monkeys uncle. The staff were nice, but the logistics terrible. I expected a collection organised 2 days ago to be at a collection point in the warehouse near the customer collection area and not for staff to go looking for it. I arrived here at 8.05 this morning I am 5th in the queue. 2 people's parcels have been found. Still waiting for mine.

Another dissatisfied review. We've been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since mid-December. As the driver kept trying to deliver to office premises, while office was closed (at least I presume the driver did attempt delivery), we requested to pick it up from the Cambuslang depot. On both occasions, we were told the driver had the parcel! On asking the depot staff member how we resolve this, we were told 'I don't know - the drivers just do their own thing'! Still waiting... Will we receive our parcel? If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Meant to come on Thursday. Alas, it didn't arrive. Didn't arrive Friday. I arranged to pick it up on Saturday. Alas, the office was closed - "unforseen circumstances".🫣😡. It's now Monday and it's not left the depot. Is it ever coming?? Incompetent, indifferent, shambles - the list is only as short as the dictionary's derogatory terms. I had to give one star to start a review - not even that bad Nil points DHL e-commerce.
