Renovate Building & Maintenance Ltd

Had Wes and his team round to have a wall opening made between our living and dining rooms. For the price point, I couldn’t recommend them more highly! They made sure to put down floor protection, use extraction during the work, and did clean downs each day. Adam’s work was excellent, carefully drawing out the required opening size, factoring in the requirement for the replacement radiator. He made sure not to damage the existing cornicing and did some of the best plastering I’ve had done throughout our house renovation! Thanks again for a well-priced, good quality job!

Wes and his team did a full renovation of our mid-Victorian terrace in spring/summer 2022. The quote was similar to other companies, and Wes was mindful of sticking to our budget and good at reminding us that an extra £50 here and there adds up! The team were hard working and considerate of our neighbours. We are still delighted with the finish and attention to detail provided by Wes. The renovation exceeded our expectations and we still have to pinch ourselves that this is our home. I have since recommended Wes to several people, who are also pleased with the work carried out by Renovate.

The Renovate team did a complete renovation of my house in the spring of 2017. The work was completed to a very high standard as Wes is focussed on getting every detail of the process done perfectly. His team are hard working, cheerful, polite and thoughtful about the customer’s needs. Nothing was too much trouble for them and any problems, such as me changing my mind about things at the last moment or even, on a couple of occasions, after the work had been carried out, were resolved positively. I have no hesitation in recommending Renovate and in fact have already done so with two sets of friends who have been equally pleased with the work carried out.

Good job done. Team are adaptable and responsive to comments/updates of work plans. On the whole timings of works worked and the team are prompt and prepared to put in the extra hours. Site left as habitable as it could be at the end of each day. As the job neared completion other jobs did pull some of the team away. Friendly team who fitted in well with our life. Competitive pricing and good standard of work.

I highly recommend Wes & his team - they were efficient, tidy & worked to a very high standard when renovating our house. The project included removal of internal walls, insertion of a supporting beam, levelling & laying floors, re-plastering, fitting a new kitchen & electrical & plumbing work. Wes had both an excellent oversight of all this and a fastidious attention to detail! The team were always professional, polite & dependable.
