Parkinson Carpentry & Building

We had our very cold, damp, mouldy, waterlogged conservatory converted into a liveable space which we can use all year round. We are more than happy with the end results and we couldn’t recommend Rich and Dave enough, there the ideal people to have working on any project. They are very approachable, honest, polite, clean and tidy people who take there work very seriously as if they are working on there own homes….the amount of care and detail they put into the job are out of this world. They always keep you in the loop, let you know when and what they are doing and go above and beyond to do so. Communication was never a problem and the deadline (finished before Xmas) was spot on. I highly recommend Rich and Dave for any work you need doing, great builders and all round nice guys. Hope to see you in the future for more projects…. Thank you again!

Rich and Dave could not have been harder working or nicer to have around. Smashing blokes. Very thoughtful and super thorough. Very reliable and quick also. Fantastic value for money and quality of work. Thank you! We highly recommend these guys.

We couldn't be more pleased with Rich and Dave’s work. Throughout our project, their outstanding communication, punctual project completion, and budget adherence stood out. They had meticulous attention to detail and the quality of their work was absolutely top tier, resulting in the finished extension feeling like a showroom! Our new space has surpassed our expectations, making it a perfect addition to our home. Throughout the process Rich constantly checked in to ensure we were happy with how things were going and made the whole process as stress free as possible. We would highly recommend.

From start to finish, the workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were spot on. The garage has been completely transformed into a beautiful, practical living space, finished to a very high standard. The kitchen extension has exceeded our expectations — the layout, build quality, and fitted kitchen are all exceptional. Everything was well planned, clearly explained, and delivered on time. Rich and the team were reliable, tidy and respectful of our home throughout the project, and communication was excellent at every stage. We would highly recommend Rich to anyone considering a building project.

Rich and his team did a partial garage conversion, moving our downstairs loo into the garage and adding a utility room. From the beginning of the project he was really helpful. He used his expertise to guide us in the initial planning stage and was really clear with identifying what would and would not be feasible. He was honest about points that would add cost to the project and gave us alternatives to consider. Communication around timings were accurate and no hidden or unexpected costs. We can’t fault the work at all! We are thrilled that the project has been completed to a very high standard and Rich works with a team of other friendly tradespeople. They were clean and tidy and respectful of our home which made us feel comfortable having them there. We are so grateful to Rich and his team and would certainly use him again in the future !
