Remora Cleaning LTD

Yahya, Marjorie and Erica were invested from the very beginning in the great result they delivered. 5 bedroom house ahead of a new tenancy. They were all friendly, approachable and hardworking. Yahya took time to understand the scope and prioirites of the job. With an amazing eye for detail, anything that needed close attention was discussed and resolved where possible. Booking team were responsive and helpful. Planning to book Remora again soon: hope it will be the same team!

A excellent job done well in very difficult circumstances! The check in report they competed with was a very high standard, and I forgot the appointment and hence they where admitted 30 mins late, but through their hard work we received our full deposit. Would hire again if we moved back to the area and would recommend.

For the final deep cleaning of my apartment, I had to call in a professional, as required by my contract. I received no assistance from the real estate agency. I found Rémora — and, above all, an outstanding employee, Poppy, who made sure everything went perfectly, going far beyond standard customer service. Many thanks! Your company is lucky to have you.

Yahya, Alexandra and Erica came to my house to clean it and did such a beautiful job! They were super communicative and left everywhere absolutely spotless. Thank you so much :)

Definitely not recommend their service! I made a booking with them for the end of tenancy cleaning for unfurnished 1 bedroom flat. They were terrible, one of the cleaners even said that "the other one is new, they are sorry" and then left. Spiderwebs on the wall, visible stains on the floor, heavy dusty areas, fridges not cleaned well, limescale all over the bathroom surfaces still intact so on. I chose their service because my agency works with them, even though there are cheaper ones. Yet, not worth the money they take. They offered to return for the omissions, but thankfully my Landlady did not mind it. Still, they did not give the professional service they get paid for. No refund policy, they are just "supposedly" sorry. NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!
