Relo

I have been managing my own HMO properties for many years and decided the time had come for me to take a step back and allow someone else to take care of my business. This decision wasn't taken lightly as I had, rightly or wrongly, become emotionally attached to the properties and my tenants. After much research I decided to hand over to Relocation PA, a decision I have never regretted. They are very professional and communicate with all parties well. They deal with any issues promptly. Thank you relocation PA

I have been using Relocation PA for the last 3 Years to manage my HMOs in Hereford. I am delighted with the way they look after the houses on my behalf and ensure that the tenants are happy. They take great care in placing similar tenants together which ensures a happy house. I would highly recommend you give them a chance both as a landlord and a tenant.

Insightful and very helpful HMO letting agents. Make sure you catch one of Relocation PA's live videos on social media - on par with a TED talk!
