Lift has been broken for months. Zero communication other than 1 letter months ago and no updates whatsoever. When I contacted regent, I get excuses about obsolete parts and there is talk of decommissioning the lift because it's too expensive to repair, which is not an option when I have a disability and live on the 3rd floor. I bought the flat because it had a lift which I rely on, this is unacceptable and against the 2010 equality act. Collectively we pay 50k a year in service charges and at most, a cleaner hoovers corridors once in a blue moon, the grass gets cut and occasionally there is a roof or gutter repair. I was told that regent are currently seeking legal advice, I will be too. I'm also going to be asking for proof that the lift has been serviced and correctly maintained every year, as legally required. Zero urgency to deal with this problem which affects my life every day, not a happy owner.

Do not fix anything. Have to be asked multiple times before anything is done. Internal corridor in flat block flooded (due to rain) and despite being asked numerous times, they have still not replaced the carpet or cleaned the communal area to get rid of the sewage smell.

This is one of the best property management companies i ever dealt with. Well done!
