Wow, what can I say, I had booked Jim to clean my carpet, hadn't been cleaned in a while and few horrible and tough stains, I have to tell you the carpet has so many years left in it, looks brand new, not only did he clean it, but the time and effort for the pre clean and after clean was very much appreciated, Jim is so professional with such a can do attitude no job to difficult, thanks again and also does such a great job on my windows, see you next month Jim. Certainly would highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service based on my experience. We weren't satisfied with the standard of the window cleaning, and when I tried to discuss my concerns, I called many times and left a voicemail but never received a call back or any response. Good communication and customer service are important, especially when a customer has concerns, so this was disappointing. I hope the business takes customer feedback on board and improves both the quality of the service and its communication going forward.

Been using reflecting cleaning for over 2 years now. He comes once per month like clock work. He’s reasonable priced. He offers other service not only window cleaning. They do a good job cleaning my windows, he doesn't leave water marks. Windows are always clean and shiney. He takes his time on each window. He’s very friendly and approachable and has a lot of good manners. His prices are also reasonable and always keeping customers in mind.

Jim came on time, worked solid and my windows and guttering etc looks good as new. I'm very happy with the work and the price quoted was the best we had by far. We have booked Jim in to clean our windows on a monthly basis. Highly recommended.

Jim was brilliant from the first call. Came out to quote the job, good as his word he messaged that same night with availability. Arrived on the day, on time, and got right to work. The gutters and windows look brand new.
