Red Kite Security Solutions Ltd

The service we received from Red Kite was brilliant from start to finish. In particular, we couldn't have asked for more from Ryan. He not only kept the field safe that we were hosting our wedding reception in, but really went the extra mile too, for example notifying us when late suppliers arrived and vacated. The daily reports were very comprehensive and his demeanor second to none. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Red Kite or to book them again should the need arise.

We were really struggling to find security personal for our public event in Bonn Square, and contacted Red Kite Security Solutions the same week as the event. Ryan got back to us really quickly with the lowest quote we'd received, and we booked in some staff the same day. The security personal Tom was absolutely brilliant! He arrived early, was friendly and approachable, and dealt with at least 3 potential risks/disruptions very professionally and subtly. An example was someone under the influence disrupting a kids performance by shouting at the performers - Tom acted quickly, was calm and friendly and spent a good amount of time de-escalating the situation by chatting to the person. I was really pleased with how peacefully Tom handled the situation. I was also impressed to hear that your staff are also first raiders - I'll definitely be recommending Red Kite Security Solutions to others.

Red Kite Security Solutions have been our choice of security firm for the past 3 years, and in that time, we have been reassured on a number of occasions that we are in safe hands. Ryan and Tina are very thorough in the service they offer and it gives us peace of mind knowing that any alarm breach is dealt with in a professional and skilled manner. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

My wife and I have resided on this new development since 10/11/22. Red Kite Security has ensured that the site remained safe and secure. I would particularly endorse Sylvia, the weekend guard, who patrolled the area constantly and could be found at any time, checking and inspecting all areas. She seemed to know and visit every part of both the building site and the completed section of the new village. A very pleasant and helpful person who has made the weekends seem very safe and secure.

I was in need of overnight security after our unit was broken into. I called Red kite around mid-day on the Monday, and they were able to have someone for that night! We had a chap called Tom at our premises over night for the week who was very attentive and thorough. I would highly recommend Red Kite to anyone needing security services.
