R&D Services (Aberdeen) Ltd

I had a leak in my flat and R&D couldn’t have been more helpful! They got someone out to me quickly and did such a fantastic job! Steven, who attended, identified the issue, explained the work that he was doing (which to someone who is clueless in plumbing works was really appreciated and provided reassurance about the job too). He sorted the issue and made absolutely sure he was 100% happy with it, plus he gave me some really helpful information about the pipe work in my flat, which I didn’t know before, and honestly, couldn’t have been nicer. That goes for everyone I have spoken to at R&D they have all been so lovely and helpful. I highly recommend!!

I've been using there yearly boiler service for my home for the last four years and their quality of work has to be appriciated. Recently my central radiator had stopped working and they quickly resolved the issue and they even replaced my broken outside wall vent. A honest professional company I highly recommend. Happy to support a local company.

Would highly recommend R&D Services (Aberdeen) Ltd, professionalism was excellent and thorough by getting a lesson on boiler services. Communication with R&D are excellent with excellent customer service and were always on-time. Would continue to use R&D Services for the trades that are provided.

We have used R & D for a number of years for both electrical and plumbing work. They have completed all work to a high standard, keeping us updated with progress and before carrying out any unexpected work. Always very obliging and trustworthy and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

This is the second time we have used R&D Services for our faulty boiler and both times we have had a great efficient service. From the minute we called about the fault through to getting the fault repaired. Very friendly helpful staff, thanks again Gordon, highly recommend the company
