It was determined that it was beyond economical repair, so they were able to supply and install a new model for me within a couple of days. The service was flawless and I was kept informed at every stage. I saw this as excellent service.
Today I had a water leak from an old lead pipe. Spouting like a fountain. Called and told someone would be there in about 20 minutes. The young man came and repaired the leak, explained what had caused it. Very impressed by the efficiency, politeness and overall service.
