R&B Property Maintenance

My mum hired this company to do a number of jobs. Initially the work was good but then it seemed Brad stopped being bothered. He fitted a radiator which was leaking, which then affected the heating for the whole house. My mum is elderly and had to come out of hospital to not heat. He was unwilling to fix this. He decorated the hall and dining room and the result was appalling. He said he would come back to plaster and re paper but he never did. There were several unfinished details in the kitchen that never got finished. He fitted a light in the dining room but rewired it wrong and it wouldn't switch off. After putting the rubbish from the work in the garden he took weeks for this to be taken away. He promised my Mum dozens and dozens of times he would come and fix things promising he would on certain days then making excuses and not turning up. Eventually he just said he was too busy to come. My mum has had to pay twice in the end for other people to come and fix his shoddy work. We are planning on taking legal action.
