Timberwise (UK) Ltd Leeds

Timberwise have just completed a new cavity drainage system across three lower ground floors totalling c. 100 sq.m. In a private Leeds house. Martin Wilkinson was extremely helpful and responsive which provided confidence in the design specifications from first meeting to project completion. The site team Matty and James did a brilliant job installing the solution again giving total reassurance. Customer service in the office from Katie was also perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Timberwise and this team to anybody considering these solutions. Many thanks Guys!! Adrian.

We are extremely happy with Timberwise..... Elliott who was assigned to us did an absolute amazing job on repairing our Kitchen floor/ cellar roof. Attention to detail was excellent. Elliott explained everything he did and worked so hard to achieve our objectives. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and any old debris was taken away. As I say I would highly recommend Timberwise and workers like Elliott.... thanks

Great service, professional approach with thorough and helpful explanations. We just brought Timberwise back to our house around 16 years after their initial work for us. Having been advised by some other tradespeople we sought Timberwise input. Graham - regional manager- was really helpful with a thorough review and follow up summary. There was no pressure to take any further treatments from their firm; he reviewed the work of other trades (such as new external pointing) and highlighted solutions to any issues as well as checking whether the remedial work we had done recently was going to be sufficient. All this was exactly the sort of input we want when asking a contractor into the house: completely professional, helpful and thorough.

I live in a period property which is grade 2 listed - whilst planning remedial works in the cellar it came to my attention that there was evidence of woodworm. I contacted several timber specialists, including Timberwise. Graham came to assess the works and identified that we did indeed have a type of woodworm present. Graham was both diligent and professional, providing a detailed suggestion of works. The service provided far surpassed other companies who came to assess the issue. For this reason we chose to work with Timberwise. Graham has been instrumental in advising both myself and my builders with works that need to be done to eradicate the woodworn and maintain and preserve timber in the cellar. He balanced modern techniques whilst carefully considering the fabrics of our period property with knowledge and care in equal measure. Thankyou Timberwise!

One of our properties in Newcastle had a severe outbreak of Dry Rot, when phoning around the specialist companies for advice on a way forward Timberwise were the one that could react quickly, spoke to them on the Monday, had a survey done on the Thursday and an estimate the same day. Graham, the managing surveyor, carried out the survey utilising a camera and scope because of limited access. While carrying out the work there was an increase from the original scope, but everything was pointed out to me so I could see the additional work. I consider myself fortunate to have Russ and Elliot, the two tradesmen, who carried out the rectification work, their timekeeping, work ethic and tradesmanship were second to none. I don’t really know where Timberwise rank cost wise but performance wise they are right up there with the best.
