Rainbow Rubbish Removals London

Highly recommend. I've been apprehensive for a while about clearing out my old flat in London with all the rubbish / parking / general restrictions and high prices these days - but these guys were great, really efficient and for a decent price. The driver was really helpful and great company for us too. And they did it early doors on a bank holiday Sunday - so 5* all round! Thanks guys :)

Rainbow removed and took away all our upstairs carpets. It wasn't an easy job but we were very impressed by the speed and efficiency with which the team got it done. A great result for a fair price. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service!! My husband and I took apart an old fence and had lots of old rubbish in our garden that needed sorting out. We messaged Rainbow on a Saturday late afternoon on WhatsApp, sent them pictures of what we needed removed, and they were at our house Sunday morning and finished by 10am! Superb service- I would highly recommend.

Not a good experience with this company. I contacted them with a very detailed list and photos of items that I needed to be removed from my home. They responded very quickly with an estimate and I got them booked in. The evening before I was advised that they would arrive at 8am. They were very late and did not arrive until 10am. They then quoted an extortionate amount, almost double the original quote, apparently due to the two single mattresses – which were clearly listed and photographed in my original communication with them. I understand that they don’t give a final price until they arrive on site and that is fairly standard in this business, but for it to differ so much from the estimate - given I’d provided so much detail - just doesn’t seem right to me. I assume they think that once they are onsite people will just pay the extra. A total waste of my morning and back to square one with my rubbish removal.

Fast and efficient service collecting my old carpets the next day. Price is reasonable too. Would use them again!
