Pure Block Management

Pure Bllock Management, have been so helpful for the last 3 years I've had to deal with them, as a Leaseholder. Lizzie has been my point of contact and she has helped me swiftly and efficiently,, solving problems immediately. She is always cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Also I would like to mention Angela, in Accounts, so very helpful too, and very experienced. Her help has been much appreciated in the past too. Pure has been the best Management company I've had to deal with. I've now sold my Apartment and again they helped and dealt with questions efficiently during the selling process. Naturally, I highly recommend them. Thank you for all your help 🙂

I have been liaising with George Baker, Pure Block Managements Compliance Manager, about my fire door inspections. George is relatively new in role and I have been hugely impressed with him and his pro-activity and willingness to help. I had issues scheduling appointments for doors in my properties and George went over and above, in my view. For one of the properties he collected the keys from the Estate Agents and returned them (twice) to enable the check to be done. For the other property he has liaised with the tenant and managing agent to enable a date to be fixed. He has kept me informed with clear and timely communication. Without George’s help the whole thing would have been so much harder. George is a credit to Pure and I highly recommend him.

Editing to add that I am being invoiced £1641 for this year's service charge when my solicitor confirmed with them in September 2021 that it was £650 a year. They have said that 'nothing is the same after 3 years' but this is far in excess of inflation. Please avoid this management company who still haven't replaced my windows or dealt with the ongoing damp problems they are causing after telling me they would be completed at the end of 2021. Sadly a terrible experience to my first home, I was lied to about service charges and despite giving the company nearly £4000 they still haven't replaced my windows which they said they would do at the end of 2021. Whenever I enquire about this they say it is the nature of my enquiry that is causing the delay. I am a disabled occupier living in a flat with damp and mould that is currently below 10 degrees. I am disappointed with their rudeness and ineffectiveness as a management company and would not recommend them at all. Unfortunately at the point of my complaint they weren't registered with an ombudsman which although now rectified is indicative of the lack of care of this organisation which seem to be taking on a lot of new contracts and not managing their existing ones. I have told your team many times I have a hearing impairment and that phonecalls are difficult. A response to my email would be appreciated, and better still the return of my savings so that I can replace the windows myself

We have a flat that is managed by Pure Block & we have to say that Lizzie is absolutely outstanding. Over the last few years Lizzie has gone above & beyond & she has always been there whenever needed, to help both landlord & tenant. We cannot praise Lizzie high enough. Thank you

Recent heavy rain saw leakage to our roof and, obviously, a matter of urgent concern. Contact with Pure Block Management (Lizzie) saw prompt action and a contractor on site to carry out a temporary fix and progression of a complete repair in a timely manner - excellent. As to the contractor, East Yorkshire Group, they were professional, thorough and, as indicated, timely and efficient in completing the works with empathy for the inherent urgency required.
