Stephenson Property Management Ltd

First rate service from start to finish. Plenty of up to date information and advice for all the dreaded government law changes! Sarah took great pictures, has a great website, who looks and acts professional, and organised a gas service plus Elec tests at perfectly fine and regular prices. We already had a valid EPC that she checked so we didn’t have to pay and arrange for another one. All in all, a transparent, well priced, well executed pleasure of a service and people to deal with. I think you are much better placed with this family firms personal approach compared to the big national agents where it’s likely you’ll be passed around to different people due to ‘sickness’ and staff turnover with a higher price bolted on for the privilege. It’s for these reasons I have used Stephenson property management since 2007 (for when I had property’s to rent) as all the boxes are ticked. I find these days a good service is rare from any Business sector, so a good review is well deserved here.

Your prompt response and efficient handling of the matter truly exceeded my expectations. It is evident that your team is dedicated to ensuring tenants' satisfaction; your high level of understanding and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a remarkably smooth experience. It is rare to find such commitment to service. It is my pleasure to be associated with an agency that prioritises the needs of their tenants. Thank you.

We have used Sarah and her team for approx 15 years for our full rental portfolio. We have always found her to be extremely professional, helpful and efficient in everything she does. We have recommended Sarah to numerous friends who now also benefit from her excellent service and I would strongly recommend you do the same!

We have dealt with Sarah for many years and on many occasions over the years. From a landlords perspective the service that she offers is superb. Nothing is too much hassle, enquiries are answered quickly and efficiently and properties are never on the market for long. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah and Stephenson Property Management to anyone looking for a company to manage their properties or to prospective tenants.
