Avoid this company if you want to get anything done efficiently. Lesley, who answers the phones and books appointments, had to be chased multiple times. I called on a Monday and followed up with an email. Was told I would get called back the same day but had to chase on Tuesday, and another day. Finally got the people to come and look at my entry system. They were fine. Then I followed up to get more done (as discussed with the engineers who came out to look at the system), again no response unless I chased. Finally I called again, and was told by Lesley that she may get back to me the same day. I asked if she could commit to it, otherwise I would go elsewhere, and she said 'Go somewhere else then.' Wasted two weeks trying to get a simple job done.

Simply the best in all of greater Glasgow, very reliable and hard working people.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Lesley in the office and Robert the engineer. I really could not fault the business on customer service, value for money and overall just being a pleasure to deal with such a professional and personable company. Thank you again

Very poor service and extremely poor customer service. Do not recommend . Arranged for an intercom replacement and at no point was told it needs to be paid prior to engineer coming to fit. Engineer was extremely rude to my tenants and left without doing anything
