Property Services 4 Manchester Ltd

Luis was fantastic and extremely professional. I bought my first house and needed the roof and gutters replacing and Luis managed to sort everything within 10 days of me getting the keys and contacting him. Great work and would highly recommend if you’re looking for someone professional and will get the job done quickly.

The team came out within a day of contact to quote up. After accepting the quote they came round and did the work to an exceptional standard. My roof was a mess but now looks great. They also installed two air bricks and some window trim. Great work for a great price. Would recommend to others.

Honestly can not thank the property services 4 manchester enough!! I have had a FULL house renovation, rendering, new roof, 4 velux windows in the room, front of house canopy, loft conversion and all of my whole house plastered and decorated!! The work ethic and the work that has been done is next to non incredible. The guys have worked non stop and been very efficient! Thankyou so so so much.

I can't thank Luis and his guys enough. I was going through a lot of stress before meeting him.he was recommended to me by another family member who used Luis's services before. Things has gone very smoothly, better than what I expected even. I would strongly recommend him for anyone who is looking for professional, reliable and stress free services.

We contacted the team about a leak in our house and Lewis came out the very same day. He went above and beyond to investigate the issue, taking detailed photos of the problems and clearly explaining what needed to be done. Lewis provided a fair and transparent quote, and once we agreed, the team arrived early and carried out the repairs with great efficiency. They treated our home with care and respect throughout the process. From start to finish, Lewis looked after us with integrity and professionalism. It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about delivering excellent service. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
