iSeeU CCTV / Alarms Manchester

Engineer came out at very short notice and efficiently repaired my Hikvision camera that had stopped working. Kept me updated throughout with reasons for the repair and I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable charge for the repair. I can thoroughly recommend iSeeU CCTV.

Ray was absolutely brilliant! He gave me expert advice on the best camera positions to keep my home secure, and the installation was done to a high standard— He also took the time to show me exactly how to use the app on my phone, which was a huge help. Such a genuine, knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend! Thanks, Ray

Absolute worst service that I have ever received. Dreadful from start to finish. I was quoted around £60 to install 2x cameras to the outside of my house that I already had bought elsewhere, so just a matter of fixing them to the wall and wiring through inside the house. After the work was done the guy told me that the total bill was £240. I questioned this and he became angry and said that he had done the work and was so pushy he convinced me at the time that he was providing me with the best equipment and that was the price for installation despite quoting a lot less on the phone. As soon as he entered my house he was intimidating, arrogant and cocky and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the process as a lone female. I wish now that I had the confidence to turn him away but as I was so nervous due to his disposition, I just wanted him to complete the job and leave. Its only since I have had the CCTV checked by another professional that I realise how badly I have been conned out of a lot of money. Not only did he leave exposed wiring in my house which was a fire hazard, but only 1 of the cameras that he installed actually worked. I tried to contact him about this several times afterward and was unable to make contact with him at all. As soon as he received payment for the installation I was ignored despite the cameras not working due to not being set up with the correct wiring. On the way out from my house the guy also had the gall to ask me to give him a 5 star google review so that "old people would trust him" which immediately set alarm bells off for me. He is clearly a con man and if you are considering using his services I would honestly go elsewhere. I am out of pocket and have had to pay someone else to correct the mess that he caused.

Called Ray and told him what I needed in regards to my cctv he replied promptly with the best advice and came the very next day to install my cctv. He was punctual very polite and gave me a very good price and helped me setup the cctv on my phone and the aftercare was brilliant he answered and helped with any questions I had. I was really happy with his service and highly recommended ray. I will recommend him to my family and friends and will come to use this business for all my cctv needs. 10/10 👌🏼👌🏼

Really pleased with the service today! The CCTV technician was professional, knowledgeable, and sorted out the system quickly. He reset everything properly, and made sure all cameras were working perfectly before leaving. Reliable, efficient, and very helpful – would definitely recommend to anyone needing CCTV setup or troubleshooting 👍
