ProActive Facilities Management

I had a huge leak from the apartment above and my insurance organised for Brett and his team to do a complete rip out of my kitchen and bathroom including the hall flooring. From start to finish they were amazing. Everything was so professional, Brett communicated right throughout and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and approachable never making me feel I was asking too many questions. The bathroom, kitchen and hall look absolutely stunning, the quality of work is truly outstanding. I would not only recommend them, I would use them myself again should a need ever arise. They delivered so much more than I ever hoped for. A huge thank you to Brett and the whole team who carried out the work. You have honestly made a stressful situation so much easier and I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen, bathrooms and hall.

I had a leak from the sewage pipe in my back garden, which leaked from underneath the floor in to my kitchen. I rang my insurance up and they sent Brett from proactive Facilities management around to help sort my problem out and repair the damage done. The professional way Brett and the team of skilled workers helped to do all the work that needed doing and replace the damaged kitchen was marvellous. Made the whole experience stress free for me .Thank you for all you did to help me get back home as quickly as you did.
