Greenco Maintenance

I got a BTL property in Clifton, Manchester and engaged Greenco to do the refurb and lettings. Greenco Maintenance took 3 weeks to convert an old house to a decent, warm and lovely home. The work includes replacing the carpets, doors, painting and various repair works. The beauty of Greenco work is to do minimal work to save spending. Only replace whenever it cannot be repaired. The nice work is able to attract a middle class tenant in a couple days after posting on Rightmove. Incredible!! Thanks Greenco Maintenance!!

A fantastic maintenance team who will reply to your queries swiftly and keep you updated until it gets resolved. Never had a bad experience with them over more than 4 years of being in the rented property. It is refreshing to have a great team like them.

Most recently, Wiktoria Iwaniak from the Maintenance Team kept me fully updated when a tenant reported issues with the cooker hood and oven. She arranged for prompt inspections and provided clear explanations at each step. Although we initially anticipated a costly cooker replacement, the appliance engineer was able to resolve the problem efficiently during the visit — saving time and money. It's reassuring to know my property is being looked after by a team that communicates well, acts promptly, and goes the extra mile to find practical solutions.
